Fluent English Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to support our procurement team in Andover, MA. In this role, you will help manage purchasing activities, process purchase orders, communicate with vendors, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong organizational skills who are looking to grow their experience in purchasing and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Manage internal and external purchasing mailboxes for purchase requests and inquiries. Receive, review, and process new purchasing requests from internal teams. Create, issue, and manage purchase orders. Track incoming purchase orders and maintain accurate records. Update sales orders with vendor information, purchase order details, tracking numbers, and estimated delivery dates. Work closely with the production floor to confirm receipt of purchased materials and verify accuracy of order details. Communicate with vendors regarding replacements, returns, and order-related issues. Generate and review purchase order reports. Match invoices, purchase orders, and credit memos to ensure accuracy. Manage accounts payable mailbox inquiries and support related activities. Maintain organized documentation and procurement records. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field preferred. Associate degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
