Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $40 - 52 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors responsibilities: Coordinate logistics for clinical drug supply packaging, labeling, and international/domestic shipping to depots and investigative sites.

Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support requirement development and management for IRT systems.

Monitor third-party vendor performance across packaging, labeling, procurement, and on-time distribution to ensure compliance and quality goals are met.

Track inventory levels and international distribution paths, resolving logistical issues proactively.

Assist in developing pharmacy manuals and drug supply training materials for investigational sites.

Maintain complete operational compliance with relevant internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

qualifications:

Required:

2-4 years of experience in clinical drug supply management, clinical supply chain, hospital pharmacy, or equivalent environment.

Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).Strong problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail.

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in a science-based discipline.

Experience with Cold Chain packaging, labeling, and international distribution.

Prior experience with IRT design, IRT management, and Clinical Supply Inventory Management systems.

Proven track record in third-party vendor management. #LI-AH1 skills: SOP Development, Interactive Response Technology (IRT)
