Blossom Flower is seeking a dependable Cannabis Logistics Associate to join our Holyoke operations team. This position supports the safe and compliant transportation of cannabis products between licensed facilities throughout Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Transport products between licensed cannabis facilities Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules Complete required manifests and transportation documentation Load, secure, and unload products Perform vehicle inspections before and after routes Maintain professional communication with customers and dispatch Follow company safety, security, and compliance procedures Maintain accurate delivery records Keep company vehicles clean and organized

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Must meet Massachusetts cannabis-industry employment requirements Reliable and punctual Comfortable driving throughout Massachusetts Strong attention to detail Ability to safely lift and handle packages Professional communication and customer-service skills Ability to follow written procedures and schedules
