$24.03/hr + $5.42 H&W Put Your GCSS-Army and Warehouse Experience to Work ASCI is seeking an experienced Administrative Clerk / MHE Operator to support a U.S. Army Centralized Receiving and Shipping Point (CRSP) operation in Natick, Massachusetts. This is not a traditional administrative-clerk position. The role combines hands-on GCSS-Army transactions, warehouse operations, and forklift/MHE operation. We're looking for someone comfortable working in the system and on the warehouse floor. What You'll Do Perform receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, and shipping activities Complete required GCSS-Army transactions and T-CODEs Post goods receipts, including MIGO Manage storage-bin transactions Generate Materiel Release Orders (MROs) Research and resolve inventory discrepancies Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment Support warehouse, dock, and storage-yard operations Maintain accurate records and follow required safety procedures What We're Looking For Demonstrated GCSS-Army experience is required Knowledge of receiving, stowing, picking, issuing, MIGO/goods receipt, storage-bin management, MRO generation, and inventory-discrepancy resolution Forklift/MHE experience, including equipment with cargo capacities up to 36,000 pounds Valid state-issued driver's license Ability to independently lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work indoors and outdoors in warehouse, dock, and storage-yard environments Ability to wear required PPE Previous Army CRSP, SSA, or LRC experience is highly preferred Important Contract Information This position is being recruited in support of an active proposal for a U.S. Army contract. Contract award has not yet been made, and employment is contingent upon contract award and ASCI's standard hiring requirements.
