Conduct classroom observations and provide coaching to educators to regularly support and ensure the implementation and delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Support teachers in assessing students, curriculum differentiation and parent teacher communication. Lead the administration of assessment tools and coordinate referrals. Support the selection, hiring and onboarding of teaching staff. Coordinate and manage ongoing training & development for teaching staff including professional development days. Contribute to school event planning that enhances the curriculum. Partner with the School Director and other leadership team members in maintaining a healthy & safe school classroom environment. Desired skills and experience Lead Teacher Infant/Toddler/Preschool, Director 2 A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field Program administration experience in a licensed child care program Strong attention to detail, communication, time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
