Logistics & Supply Chain Analyst Location:

Contract Duration:

05 Months (Extendable) Responsibilities Coordinate transportation and logistics activities with third-party logistics providers and carriers. Manage order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery execution. Monitor inventory levels and warehouse operations using manual tracking tools and spreadsheets. Maintain and analyze large datasets in Excel to support logistics planning and reporting. Coordinate with procurement, planning, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met. Track materials and products throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Support logistics operations for large equipment and capital project deliveries. Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, or order fulfillment. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and working with large datasets. Experience coordinating shipments, transportation providers, warehouse operations, and inventory. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are managed through spreadsheets and manual tracking. Familiarity with AI tools and an interest in leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency. Preferred Qualifications Experience with SAP or other ERP systems. Experience using Kinaxis. Background supporting large capital projects or industries such as construction, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, or aerospace.

Pay:

$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
