Job Description The Associate Supply Chain Planner will support the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Planning team by coordinating inventory movement, maintaining optimal inventory levels across the distribution center (DC) network and ensuring timely execution of supply chain transactions. Key Responsibilities Coordinate Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) for assigned SKUs across the distribution center network. Monitor inventory levels and inventory health across multiple DCs to support product availability. Utilize SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) to track inventory, process material movements and support inventory management activities. Perform daily operational reporting and maintain accurate supply chain data. Execute truck loading activities within SAP and ensure transactions are completed accurately and on time. Use IFS to create purchase orders, receive materials and process outbound shipments. Support financial reporting and inventory projections . Assist with scrap approval processes and related inventory transactions. Monitor SKU shipments to ensure timely movement and product availability. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory, shipment and supply chain transaction issues. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with established supply chain processes and procedures. Provide general operational support to the Supply Chain Planning team as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience or education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Operations or a related field . Working knowledge of ERP systems , preferably SAP MM and IFS . Understanding of inventory management, material movements and supply chain processes . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with inventory data, reports and projections. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced operational environment. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Experience Experience with Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) . Experience managing inventory across multiple distribution centers . Experience creating purchase orders, goods receipts and outbound shipment transactions . Experience with SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) . Experience with IFS ERP . Exposure to inventory forecasting, financial reporting or supply chain planning.
