Aerospace Build Coordinator Westminster, MD 3 month

Contract-to-Hire Current Shift:

Monday-Saturday 6am-6pm (mandatory OT) $20/hr-$25/hr to start Job Description The Build Coordinator is responsible for assembling kits for product assembly and ensuring the smooth movement of parts throughout the facility. This role supports technicians by organizing and scheduling work orders, monitoring part locations, and coordinating off-site processing to ensure timely delivery. This role is based in a production/manufacturing environment, specifically at a facility that manufactures composite overwrapped pressure vessels for aerospace applications. Responsibilities Monitor, track, and move parts through the company to ensure timely delivery to the next production location. Facilitate the physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources, or any applicable work center. Promote workflow consistency and accuracy across the company while reducing internal logistics lead-time. Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with planning, procurement, engineering, and production teams to maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data. Essential Skills Proficiency in ERP systems. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of parts inspection, stocking, and inventory control. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalency certificate. Ability to work overtime and lift up to 50 lbs. Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing environments is a plus. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
