Responsibilities Design and execute comprehensive transportation strategies to ensure timely delivery from ports to final destinations. Drive operational excellence by managing relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, and regional warehouse partners. Maintain financial accuracy by reconciling logistics invoices and monitoring departmental expenses against budget targets. Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and international clients to provide real-time shipment transparency. Analyze logistics performance metrics, such as transit times and damage rates, to implement process improvements. Develop robust contingency protocols to proactively address potential supply chain disruptions and port congestion. Ensure full adherence to regional customs regulations and cross-border compliance standards. Qualifications Required Skills Fluency in both English and Chinese for professional business environments. 3+ years of experience in international logistics and global supply chain management. Proven ability to manage vendor performance and handle complex import/export documentation. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Office and data-driven problem solving. Preferred Skills Professional proficiency in Spanish. Hands-on experience with ERP or SAP logistics modules. Deep knowledge of local Mexican transportation infrastructure and customs clearance procedures.
