Logistics Specialist | Long-Term Contract | Howell, MI We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating domestic and international shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

Up to $25.00/hour, based on experience

Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00

Long-Term Contract What You'll Do:

Schedule and coordinate domestic and international shipments, including pick-ups and bookings, while keeping orders updated in SAP Prepare and process air, ocean, and truckload export documentation Monitor Teams and Outlook communications, respond to inquiries, and coordinate order updates and deliveries Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, outside warehouses, and 3PL providers Maintain accurate shipment records, expedite orders, and work with internal teams to resolve issues and improve logistics efficiency

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or a related field Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to problem-solve, exercise good judgment, and adapt to changing priorities Experience with SAP, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook preferred Please note: This position is based in a professional office environment.
