$32.00 per hour Brief Job Description Acting as the customer representative on-site at the supplier facility. Reviewing supplier order books, customer demand and production priorities. Tracking Work-In-Progress, production orders, inventory coverage, bottlenecks and shipment status. Supporting supplier recovery plans and following up on agreed actions. Identifying risks to delivery commitments and escalating issues where required. Coordinating with supplier operations, supply chain, quality and procurement teams. Supporting visibility of material, component and subcontracted operation requirements. Assisting with sub-tier supplier risks where these impact delivery performance. Providing daily status updates on recovery progress, delivery outlook and key risks. Supporting weekly reporting and stakeholder reviews. Experience Requirements Previous experience in supply chain, supplier performance, expediting, production control, manufacturing operations or quality. Experience in supplier recovery, delivery assurance, operational recovery or industrial crisis management is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of WIP tracking, production status, capacity constraints, bottleneck management and shipment follow-up. Ability to challenge supplier commitments, drive action closure and escalate risks in a high-pressure environment. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work across customer, supplier and multi-functional teams. Must have a mobile phone and laptopBenefits
