Job Description

Overview RiverView Health, is a community owned, membership based non-profit organization that was formed in 1898 and continues to be the sole community hospital in Crookston, MN. RiverView Health operates a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital, RiverView Recovery Center; a chemical dependency outpatient treatment program, RiverView Home Care and five primary care and specialty clinics in the hospitals service area. 80 hours per two-week pay period
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $23.29/hour (doe); includes competitive benefits package
Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Technician I maintains responsibility for ensuring consistent and accurate receipt for picking and distribution of goods. Primary Responsibilities Processes all incoming requisition orders of supplies in an efficient and timely manner. Confirms and validates requisition orders matching for condition of products, catalog numbers, quantities, descriptions, expiration dates, and sizes of items. Enters order information accurately in the Lawson System. Engages in problem-solving processes to ensure accuracy of receipt of supplies and/or services that lack proper delivery/PO documentation. Ensures accurate tracking of supply data such as back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, lot numbers, etc. as needed. Performs consistent and timely delivery of products to facility departments Maintains orderly and organized work area. Engages in efficient processes to cross-train where needed to maintain operations. Maintain and review supply PARs (Periodic Automatic Replenishment) and Crash Carts Maintain and review supply Crash Carts for expired product. Maintain and review supply Warehouse for expired product. Perform accurate Restocking and Overstock processes. Operates warehouse equipment such as hand pallet jack. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education/Certifications/Licenses H.S. Diploma/GED equivalent (Required) Minimums(s): H.S. Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred:
1-2 years of Supply Chain experience Experience working in a hospital setting

Provides operational coverage in other distribution activities when cross-trained and responds constructively to changing workloads or supply condition.
