Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, shipping, inventory, and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring products move efficiently throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate inbound and outbound shipmentsTrack orders and monitor delivery schedulesCommunicate with vendors, carriers, suppliers, and internal teamsProcess shipping, receiving, and logistics documentationMaintain accurate inventory and shipment recordsInvestigate and resolve shipping discrepancies and delaysUpdate information within internal systems and databasesAssist with inventory management and supply chain reportingSupport daily logistics and operational activities
