We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sr. Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, installing, and implementing Fortra software solutions for clients, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal performance. You will also deliver comprehensive training and guidance to customers, enabling them to maximize the value of our solutions. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex projects while providing an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver complex software implementation projects from contract acceptance through to Go Live. Guide customers through best practice processes to help ensure successful adoption of solution. Create high level acceptance test plans to confirm solution functionality and demonstrate functionality to customer. Configure and document software settings and deployment architecture to meet Fortra and customer requirements. Resolve any identified issues or concerns related to the software implementation. Document and escalate complex issues to Support. Interacts with customers regularly to schedule work, provide project updates, clarify requirements and answer questions about the project or products. Often delivers product training. Regularly employs consultative selling techniques during customer interactions and identifies selling opportunities (software and services) with customers. Builds strong customer relationships that encourage additional services work with customers. Work collaboratively to assess impact of change requests for effort estimation and capacity planning purposes. Provide communication of task status to the customer and to the Manager of Professional Services through regular status reporting and other presentation vehicles. Assist in the monitoring of project-related issues or escalations (of an urgent or high priority nature) and build response strategies and actions to address issues. Back-up for TAM's projects as required Provides Resident Consultant work as required Travel up to and sometimes more than 50% to customer locations. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS A

four-year degree is preferred. Equivalent work experience and accreditations will be considered 2+ years of experience implementing and providing Services on related software Confident and positive attitude in facing complex organizations and processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and quality. Effective interpersonal and professional communication skills, both verbal and written. Builds strong customer relationships through responsiveness and expertise. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to effectively handle multiple projects and responsibilities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Compensation:
