Production Planner:
Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for fabrication operations Review work orders and material availability to prioritize production tasks Utilize ERP systems (JobBOSS preferred) to manage and track jobs and production status Monitor production progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or capacity constraints Coordinate with inventory and shop floor teams to ensure materials meet production timelines Communicate schedule updates with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and customer service Analyze production data to improve scheduling accuracy, lead times, and throughput What You Need to Bring to the
Production Planner Role:
2-5+ years of production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing coordination experience Experience using ERP systems for production planning (JobBOSS preferred) Strong understanding of fabrication processes (cutting, welding, machining, assembly, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment #SMNCareers The company offers a monthly health insurance stipend, as well as paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.
