About us: We are a small, family-owned 12-bed assisted living facility in rural Minneota. Our goal is to provide high-level, quality care to seniors while also creating a positive, friendly and fun work environment. Our motto is "our family caring for yours.".
CURRENT OPENINGS ARE PM SHIFT
: ON-CALL position and Full-time
OVERNIGHTS
(10 pm-6:30 am) Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Health Insurance paid premiums IRA, free Dental and Vision insurance, free life insurance Safe work environment Casual work attire
Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor and record vital signs of residents
  • Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
  • Follow resident rights policies and procedures
Experience:
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required. On the job training availabl.e
  • Experience working with individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities is a plus
Skills:
  • Reliable, trustworthy, good team member
  • Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor
