Job Description
About us: We are a small, family-owned 12-bed assisted living facility in rural Minneota. Our goal is to provide high-level, quality care to seniors while also creating a positive, friendly and fun work environment. Our motto is "our family caring for yours.".

: ON-CALL position and Full-timeOVERNIGHTS
(10 pm-6:30 am) Our work environment includes: On-the-job training Health Insurance paid premiums IRA, free Dental and Vision insurance, free life insurance Safe work environment Casual work attireResponsibilities:
- Provide care and assistance to residents in an assisted living facility
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs of residents
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Follow resident rights policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred but not required. On the job training availabl.e
- Experience working with individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities is a plus
Skills:
- Reliable, trustworthy, good team member
- Ability to lift and assist residents with mobility needs
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
