We're a tight-knit team that works hard, laughs often, and loves what we do. As we head into a busy season, we're looking to bring someone awesome onto our team to help manage logistics and inventory. Who We're Looking For We're seeking a highly organized, upbeat individual to oversee our inventory and shipping operations. You'll be reporting directly to the owner, so communication and reliability are key. A great attitude and a good sense of humor are big pluses — we like to have fun while we work! Key Responsibilities Ship online customer orders in a timely manner Prioritize and help manage client gifting orders Ensure all wholesale orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately Maintain and track all product inventory Fulfillment of various product and order types Use Shopify & ShipStation to manage orders and shipments Ideal Candidate Will Have 1+ year of logistics or shipping/receiving experience (preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills A really great attitude. A tech-savvy mindset (familiarity with Shopify & ShipStation is a big bonus) A friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work independently and collaboratively Reliable transportation and ability to commute to our Saint Paul location
