01-Sep-2026 Retail Vendor Program Manager - TCL (U.S. West & Central Regions) Full time Regular Job Description As the Retail Vendor Program Manager for TCL, you'll execute the strategy across TCL's vendor team to drive seamless customer and employee experiences. You'll oversee experience execution including general sales, operations and services. You'll also partner with key stakeholders to drive customer and employee strategies. In this role, you'll work closely with category sales, field leadership and other cross functional partners to influence decisions and deliver on operational- and sales-related needs. What you'll do Manage employee experience, staffing, development and performance management Ensure business, retail and vendor strategies are aligned in support of the employee and customer experience Lead vendor funded programs, internal cross-functional coordination and alignment Engage with retail and corporate partners to ensure strategies and information are developed with a retail operational and sales lens.
