Job Description

The Person Who Makes the Whole Day Run Right. Are you the kind of person who sees an open slot on the schedule and immediately starts working the problem? Moore Dental Arts is looking for a Treatment Plan / Schedule Coordinator who takes real ownership of the schedule, the numbers, and the patient experience — not someone who just answers phones and moves appointments around. This is a high-trust, high-impact role. You'll be the one turning treatment plans into scheduled, committed care, keeping the doctors' days full and productive, and making sure patients leave understanding exactly what's next and what it costs. If you like being the person who makes things click into place, this is your seat. What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining a schedule that keeps doctors at or above daily production goals, with minimal open time Proactively filling openings and managing cancellations with urgency — not letting gaps sit Presenting treatment plans clearly, securing patient commitment, and making financial responsibility easy to understand Collecting patient portions at time of service and following up on anything missed Coordinating the timing and sequencing of care so patients move smoothly from plan to treatment Preparing daily reports and metrics for team huddles, and keeping an eye on how the schedule is actually performing Making sure every patient's experience feels informed, smooth, and genuinely cared for What You Bring 3+ years of dental office experience preferred Comfortable working in Google Suite Strong organization and multitasking skills — you don't lose track of details when things get busy High emotional intelligence and confident, clear communication A comfort level with treatment acceptance conversations — you can talk numbers without it feeling like a sales pitch A problem-solver's mindset and the adaptability to handle a schedule that changes by the hour Why This Role Matters Here Your work directly drives what the whole practice achieves — a full schedule, strong case acceptance, on-time collections, and patients who feel like they were genuinely taken care of. You won't be guessing whether you're doing a good job; you'll see it in the numbers every single day. Competitive pay at $17 -$24/hour depending on experience, a predictable 4-day schedule, and a team that relies on you to keep things running right. Ready to be the person who keeps the practice on track? Apply today — we'd love to meet you at Moore Dental Arts.
