Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Time Logistics Coordinator to oversee our fleet overnight while also helping to process and verify driver paperwork. This pivotal role ensures that pickups and deliveries are on time and helps speed up the invoicing done by the staff during the day. The ideal candidate will be proactive in managing logistics workflows, utilizing data analysis tools, and collaborating across teams to maintain efficient usage of driver time and data flow. Join us to drive continuous process improvements and contribute to our dynamic supply chain environment! Duties Check fleet location and progress through the night using our geo-location software. Manage transportation logistics using systems such as Samsara. Utilize data analysis skills with tools like Excel, and Google Sheets to maintain data flow. Ensure accuracy of data input by drivers through our transporation app. Skills Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills. Experience using Excel or other spreadsheet software. i.e. Google Sheets.
