Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Load/Railcar Verifier to join our logistics and warehouse operations team. In this vital role, you will ensure the accurate and efficient loading and unloading of railcars, verify shipment contents, and maintain compliance with shipping and trade regulations. Your proactive approach will help streamline inventory management, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety standards across warehouse distribution activities. Responsibilities:

Verify inbound and outbound truck loads Inspect and verify railcars Confirm product, weights, seals and paperwork Assist with loading and unloading operations Complete required documentation and checklists Communicate with forklift operators, drivers and office staff Help ensure every load is accurate before release

Strong attention to detail Dependable and safety-minded Comfortable working around trucks, railcars and forklifts Able to work outdoors when required Good communication and documentation skills Forklift/warehouse experience is a plus
