Location :
Elizabeth City, NC Clearance required : SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Track data as well as daily, weekly, and monthly acquisitions activities and compile reports and schedules for overall status for the APAC and CGHQ. Identify and develop methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports and systems to improve operations, and encourage long-range planning to assure the acquisition activities are integrated with the sustainment activities. Conduct complex studies, research, and analysis to evaluate, integrate, and improve productivity of acquisition-related activities for the APAC in Elizabeth City, NC. Serve as a subject matter expert for technical data, monitor configuration control of data and the line replaceable units (LRUs) and equipment they support. Assist with commercial vendor research to identify and validate materiel supporting aviation acquisitions. Qualifications At least three years of experience in each of the following: depot-level environment developing sustainment strategies for aircraft upgrades; applying knowledge of USCG procedures (USCG aeronautical practices as defined in Commandant Instruction Manual
CIM 13020.1
(series) utilizing the Asset Computerized Maintenance system (ACMS), Asset Logistics Management Information System (ALMIS), and Asset Maintenance Management Information System (AMMIS)). Experience creating and maintaining schedules using Microsoft Project and Visio.
