Responsibilities for Distribution Planner 1 include but are not limited to:

• Plan deployment of domestic packaged and bulk SKU's from manufacturing sites to warehouses in

SAP APO SNP

to meet disaggregated forecast requirements

• Coordinate with Supply Planning and Production to monitor production changes and update deployment plans based on the latest information
• Ensure customer orders can be satisfied by collaborating with Customer Service and Logistics on product delays or shortages and customer priorities
• Communicate with external warehouses, Inventory, and logistics to coordinate stock transfer orders, product re-labeling, expired product management, and PPE updates
• Advise Demand Planners of changes impacting forecast disaggregation such as closing or opening of warehouses
• Monitor product supply per sales forecast and initiate necessary movements to avoid stock outs
• Update weekly alerts report for Customer Service, Tolling, and Supply Planning
• Manage product recalls, quality issues, and re-labeling
• Inventory management of phase out and sell out to assure timely disposition
• Contribute to new product launch teams, product line SOP meetings, monthly CU meetings, ROP meetings and product allocation processes
• Maintain accurate distribution data in SAP material master and

SAP APO SNP

• Represent Distribution Planning team on global and local planning projects
• Additional responsibilities may include management of custom blend products, pallets paks, multipaks, or unique product configurations
• 3+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, or Logistics preferred
• ERP, MRP and Advanced Planning tool experience

Pay Details:
