Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts, Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage inventory, order parts, coordinate shipments, and ensure materials are available to support production and service operations. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working with inventory systems and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, stock, and organize parts and inventory. Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts. Order parts and materials from suppliers. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for parts and equipment. Pick, pack, and prepare parts for production and customer orders. Work with vendors to track deliveries and resolve shipping issues. Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage locations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics, or parts management preferred. Strong organizational and computer skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication and attention to detail. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.
Compensation:
