Description and Requirements Lenovo is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented PBM Specialist to support the successful planning, development, and lifecycle management of products from concept through end-of-life. In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between Global Supply Chain teams and product development teams, helping ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and are supported by an efficient and resilient supply chain. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys solving problems, collaborating across functions, and driving projects forward in a fast-paced environment. This role offers excellent exposure to supply chain operations, product development, manufacturing, procurement, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Partner with Global Supply Chain and Product Development teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and ongoing product lifecycle management. Coordinate with sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to ensure supply chain readiness for new products. Assist in developing and maintaining supply chain strategies that support cost, quality, availability, and manufacturability objectives. Monitor component availability, supplier readiness, and potential supply chain risks, helping identify and drive mitigation plans. Support project timelines and key deliverables throughout the product lifecycle, from product launch through end-of-life (EOL). Analyze supply chain, inventory, and operational data to help inform business decisions and improve execution. Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and issue resolution. Track project milestones, action items, and business metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and support Lenovo's "One Lenovo" strategy. Assist with sustaining activities for existing products, including change management, risk assessments, and supply continuity planning. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, project management, manufacturing, procurement, or a related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or product management. Familiarity with supply chain concepts such as sourcing, procurement, inventory management, forecasting, or manufacturing. Experience working with data analysis, reporting tools, or enterprise systems (ERP/MRP platforms). Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
