Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods Schedule and track domestic shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers Monitor shipment status, resolve delivery issues, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, company policies, and customer requirements Maintain accurate shipment data within ERP systems Monitor logistics performance metrics and prepare routine operational reports Assist in identifying opportunities to improve transportation processes, reduce freight costs, and enhance service levels Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, customers, and internal departments to resolve transportation-related issues Support order fulfillment by ensuring shipping schedules and transportation requirements are met Assist with carrier performance monitoring, vendor relationship management, and service evaluations Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline transportation and logistics operationsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, freight coordination, or supply chain operations Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Experience working with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) Knowledge of domestic and international shipping regulations Experience with freight auditing and carrier management Experience using Power BI, or other reporting tools a plusTechnical Skills:
