DS Cole Growers is a modern wholesale production greenhouse facility with an immediate need for a multi-disciplined, energetic Production Planner/ Purchaser/ERP Specialist.

• Purchase plant material from vendors throughout the year.
• Plan and forecast incoming materials
• Work with PICAS software for Materials and Production Planning and overall crop management.
• Manage and maintain ERP software, ex. such as create BOM's and BOO's
• Analyze and develop system improvements-identifying gaps in current processes and procedures.
• Update system-related SOP's
• Assist with other projects as needed.
• Conveys a positive customer service attitude at all times.

Job Requirements/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in similar position. Strong computer skills, including MS Office, MRP/ERP type software, networking, etc. Driver's license required as occasional travel between locations will be required.
• Strong analytical skills
• PICAS software experience preferred, not required
• ERP system experience preferred
• Production Planning experience highly desired.
• Must be able to function within the greenhouse/agriculture environment (temperature, fast pace, multi-level distractions/interactions), able to lift 50 pounds, standing and sitting work required.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of organization.
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Team mentality, desire to be accountable and successful

Pay:

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
