This role is responsible for maintaining inventory integrity within the stockroom and enabling efficient material flow to internal and external stakeholders. A Typical Day in the
Life Includes:
Inventory Management
  • Receive, verify, label, and store inbound materials according to established inventory control procedures. Material Handling
  • Pick, pack, and issue materials to production or distribution teams based on work orders, transfer requests, or systemgenerated tasks. System Transactions
  • Perform all inventory movements, adjustments, and confirmations within the enterprise system (e.g., Infor WMS/ERP) to maintain realtime accuracy. Cycle Counting
  • Participate in scheduled cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and rootcause analysis to support continuous inventory accuracy. Stockroom Organization
  • Maintain clean, safe, and optimized storage areas, ensuring compliance with layout standards, labeling conventions, and safety guidelines. Quality & Compliance
  • Inspect materials for damage, verify documentation, and follow all company, regulatory, and audit requirements. CrossFunctional Support
  • Collaborate with production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to resolve material issues and support operational priorities. Continuous Improvement
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to workflow enhancements aligned with Lean and Infordriven best practices.
