Accepting Candidates About the Role Support production planning, material flow, inventory management, and scheduling for manufacturing operations. The role coordinates cross-functional activities to maintain supply, meet production commitments, and support customer demand. Key Responsibilities Manage PCBA production schedules, WIP and finished-goods inventories, and ERP commit-date updates. Create and maintain production plans and inter-facility requirements to support customer demand and project schedules. Review MRP requirements and reports to identify material supply needs and manage outside-process jobs. Track and report operational metrics, including on-time delivery, MRP trends, process improvements, and key highlights. Partner with Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to communicate priorities, coordinate material/WIP movement, and maintain effective production plans. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, with 2+ years of supply chain or manufacturing planning experience. Experience with logistical planning and scheduling for time-sensitive, high-priority projects. Strong proficiency with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle and Factory Logix experience required. Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and continuous-improvement mindset.
