Job Description

The Shipping & Logistics Admin Assistant is responsible for processing all shipments of massage chairs to our customers. The Shipping & Logistics Admin Assistant also fulfills all the orders once they have been picked up and we have the Serial Number of the chair that was shipped. The Shipping & Logistics Admin Assistant will help with other important functions such as reaching to providers, carriers for multiples needs, eventually process international shipments, complete multiple projects in Excel and Words Spreadsheets. Essential Job Functions including, but not limited to: Quoting and Booking WG and Threshold Deliveries Quoting and Booking Standard LTL shipments Creating POs in NetSuite for every shipment created Fulfilling all orders in NetSuite once they have shipped Following process of Bookings for specific E-Commerce Dealers Uploading documents and communicating in 3 PL Warehouses Booking FedEx small packages Checking Delayed and back-ordered orders Assisting with reconsignments Booking international shipments Follow up with all Freight Providers and carriers for specific needs Creating Failed PO's when Necessary (Back up) Answering White Glove POD Line (Back up) Assists the rest of the Teams as needed
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • Related Administrative experience

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
