Status:
Full Time Position (Onsite)Schedule:

JOB PURPOSE
The Inventory Control & Logistics Administrator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory transactions, inbound supply chain information, and product documentation across multiple branch locations. This role serves as the primary office administrator for inventory receipts, inventory adjustments, shipment status updates, and Material Test Report (MTR) documentation within the ERP system, ensuring timely, accurate information for Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, Sales, and Accounting.JOB RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
Inventory Control- Process inventory receipts, stock transfers, adjustments, and cycle count transactions in the ERP system in accordance with established procedures.
- Review inventory transactions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company internal controls.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Purchasing, Warehouse Operations, and Accounting.
- Maintain accurate inventory records across all branch locations.
- Support physical inventories, inventory audits, and cycle count programs.
- Ensure inventory transactions are processed in a timely manner to support operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
