We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation and delivery operations from our Cranbury, New Jersey location. This is a Long-term Contract position that requires full onsite attendance and a strong focus on coordination, customer communication, and accurate recordkeeping. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and skilled at keeping multiple logistics activities running smoothly throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evening shifts during the week and Saturday hours, to support business and customer service needs. Prior experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related operations environment preferred. Ability to monitor delivery routes, coordinate with drivers, and proactively resolve service-related issues. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers, drivers, and internal teams. Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate shipment, delivery, and operational records. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in an onsite setting and adapting to changing business demands and deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics, dispatch, or transportation management systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and confidence using computer-based systems throughout the workday. Strong data entry skills with close attention to accuracy and completeness. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving logistics setting. Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with customers, drivers, and internal teams. Prior experience in logistics, dispatching, shipping coordination, distribution, or customer service is preferred. Ability to work fully onsite in Dayton, New Jersey. College-level education is preferred. Familiarity with logistics and distribution processes, shipping functions, or customs-related coordination is a plus.
