Brief Overview A person in this position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's logistics operations, including the analysis of supply chain data, maintaining of coordination and communication with carriers, and the scheduling of de-installation projects. This position also requires a financial mindset while accomplishing these tasks. Responsibilities Planning, coordinating, and scheduling work crews and equipment for each job site Preparing and distributing required paperwork to the Team Lead Effectively managing teams in the field by communicating daily with the Team Lead Ensuring safety protocols are being followed Scheduling trucking companies to pick up medical equipment, includes tracking and updating the status of shipments Scheduling crane and rigging companies Coordinating logistics operations including transportation and warehousing Performing data entry tasks with Excel spreadsheets to track labor, equipment costs, and trucking and rigging costs Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in logistics or related field Experience using Google Applications Ability to work after-hours as needed Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus Competencies Organization skills - ability to multi-task between projects Strong attention to Detail Excellent communication skills - ability to work as part of a team
