We are looking for a dependable, professional, and compassionate Passenger Transportation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation for passengers traveling to scheduled appointments and other important destinations. The ideal candidate is a responsible driver who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional attitude, and ensuring every passenger has a safe and positive experience from pickup to drop off. Compensation Notice:
The hourly rates shown are based on an average of recent driver payroll. Our drivers are compensated on a commission basis, receiving a flat loading fee plus mileage for each completed trip. Commission rates are provided in writing to applicants, and drivers can view their earned commissions as they work. Responsibilities Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled appointments and destinations while following all traffic laws and company safety procedures. Provide courteous, respectful, and professional customer service throughout every trip. Assist passengers with safely entering and exiting the vehicle when needed. Provide appropriate assistance with mobility devices, personal belongings, and other items when necessary. Confirm pickup and drop off details and communicate professionally with passengers regarding schedules and transportation needs. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance, safety, or mechanical concerns promptly. Keep assigned vehicles clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Accurately complete trip documentation, mileage records, logs, and other required paperwork. Follow established routes, schedules, company procedures, and passenger safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, coordinators, passengers, and other members of the team. Maintain a dependable attendance record and arrive on time for scheduled trips. Handle passenger information responsibly and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
