Anticipated Maximum Base Salary:
$81,900 - $110,600 / year In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Coordinate passenger travel arrangements, including lodging, catering, ground transportation, special accommodations, and other trip-related logistics Manage flight schedules, passenger manifests, itineraries, and trip details while maintaining accurate records in scheduling systems Serve as the primary point of contact for passengers, executive assistants, and stakeholders by providing travel updates and resolving requests Communicate schedule changes, operational updates, and travel information clearly and professionally to crews, passengers, and business partners Collaborate with pilots, vendors, FBOs, maintenance providers, caterers, transportation partners, and other service providers to ensure successful trip execution Monitor flights and travel activity, identify scheduling conflicts or service issues, and escalate concerns to aviation leadership when necessary Maintain strict confidentiality while supporting reporting, recordkeeping, and administrative requirements associated with domestic and international flight operations More about you Associate or bachelor's degree in aviation management, hospitality, business administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience required Experience in corporate aviation, executive travel, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, or hospitality Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and aviation scheduling software preferred Who we are Our business is all about people, and that includes you.
