T-Mark is looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice who wants to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the HVAC trade. Whether you have some experience or are just getting started, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn. What You'll Do Assist experienced HVAC Service Technicians on residential service calls. Learn to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems. Perform preventative maintenance on residential HVAC equipment. Safely use hand and power tools while following company safety procedures. Provide outstanding customer service in customers' homes. Complete work orders using company software. Participate in ongoing hands-on technical training. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA Certification A genuine desire to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn. Positive attitude, dependable, and coachable.
