At Cleaner's Supply, we believe that creating an outstanding customer experience can only happen when you have outstanding people. We have an immediate need for Distribution Specialist - Picking. Order Picking Pick customer orders accurately using a voice-directed picking system. Navigate warehouse locations efficiently to select products from a high-SKU inventory. Meet or exceed established productivity, accuracy, and quality performance metrics. Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and expiration dates when applicable. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals. Requirements Previous warehouse, distribution, or order picking experience preferred but not required. Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Basic communication and listening skills. Ability to follow verbal instructions delivered through a voice-directed headset. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per shift. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull products weighing up to 65 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or mechanical equipment. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, squatting, and climbing. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures. Positions are full time Sunday through Friday with a 4x10 rotation.
