Position Type:
Contract 12 Months+ Job Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory and stock balances. Issue and receive parts and materials. Perform and verify cycle counts and inventory error reconciliations. Work across various stockrooms as workload requires. Use approximately 32 transaction screens to perform daily inventory and logistics activities, including: Verifications Corrections Kit issues Shop floor issues Shortages Shop receipts Receiving Inspection receipts Returns to stock Inter-stock transfers Spare parts shipments Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling lot-traceable parts . Ensure accurate keyboard/data entry in a real-time online inventory system. Monitor and verify requested lot numbers.
Communicate and coordinate with:
Program Analysts Engineers Dispatch Personnel Model Shop Expediters Receiving Inspection Personnel Assembly and Test Personnel Train new employees on stockroom procedures. Identify and question deviations from standard practices, including: Cure dates Packaging requirements Material handling procedures Sign off on certification sheets for spare parts. Follow proper packaging and material-handling procedures to prevent damage and injuries. Perform Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) handling and follow applicable ESD procedures. Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness. Clean material-handling pans. Consolidate inventory. Maintain required stockroom supplies. Physical Requirements Remain on your feet for extended periods throughout the workday. Lift and handle parts and boxes weighing from less than 1 lb. up to 65 lbs. Follow proper lifting, packaging, and material-handling techniques. Work safely while handling parts and finished goods. Required Skills Basic computer skills Inventory Management Warehousing & Logistics Strong data-entry and keyboard accuracy High attention to detail Ability to work with lot-controlled inventory Ability to learn and use multiple inventory transaction screens Ability to follow standard operating procedures Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work Ability to train new employees ESD training/handling knowledge or ability to complete required training Reporting Structure Reports to the Stockroom Supervisor . Works alongside Stockroom Coordinators and Packaging Clerks. Work Environment Contract position No travel required No overtime required May be assigned to different stockrooms based on workload Requires accurate, real-time inventory transactions and hands-on material handling.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
