Key Responsibilities Operate, monitor, and maintain packaging line equipment Follow startup, shutdown, and changeover procedures Perform routine equipment cleaning and sanitation Inspect packaged products to ensure quality and package integrity Keep production lines stocked with packaging materials Complete production records, downtime logs, and shift documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all food safety, quality, and company policies Safely handle chemicals and wear required PPE Identify equipment issues and assist with troubleshooting efforts Communicate production concerns and updates with team members and leadership Support continuous improvement initiatives and other assigned duties What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Basic math and documentation skills Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable attendance and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, production, or food processing experience Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting experience Experience working with packaging equipment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. Work Environment This position is based in a food manufacturing facility that is: Clean and climate-controlled Well-lit and organized Focused on safety and quality Fast-paced and team-oriented Employees must be comfortable: Standing and moving throughout the shift Wearing PPE for extended periods Working around manufacturing equipment and machinery Working overtime and weekends as business needs require Available Shifts 1st
