We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented B2B Logistics Associate to help manage wholesale orders, inventory, and shipments.

You Must Be Comfortable With Numbers This position requires working with numbers on a daily basis. You will regularly work with order quantities, inventory counts, pricing, case packs, shipping information, and other numerical data. Strong basic math skills, accuracy, and practical Excel ability are essential for this role. Candidates selected for an interview will be required to complete a short basic math and Excel test. You will be expected to achieve a satisfactory score. If you are not comfortable working with numbers, basic calculations, and Excel, please do not apply for this position. What You'll Do Process and track wholesale/B2B orders Coordinate shipments with our warehouses and logistics partners Communicate with customers regarding orders and deliveries Manage inventory and product availability Prepare shipping documents and order information Enter and maintain order and inventory data accurately Use Excel for order tracking, inventory management, and calculations Verify quantities, pricing, case packs, and shipment information Follow up on shipments to make sure orders are delivered correctly and on time Assist with other day-to-day B2B and logistics tasks What We're Looking For Strong basic math skills Must be comfortable working with numbers every day Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and organizational skills Able to manage multiple orders and deadlines Good problem-solving skills Comfortable learning new software and systems Previous experience in logistics, wholesale, operations, or supply chain is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
