Develop, maintain, and adjust daily or weekly master production schedules (MPS) to align manufacturing operations with sales forecasts and customer demand.

Materials & Inventory Control:

Coordinate with procurement to track raw material availability, monitor stock levels, prevent shortages, and minimize excess inventory (Buffer/Safety Stock).

Capacity & Load Planning:

Evaluate labor, equipment, and facility capacity to optimize machine utilization, balance line loads, and prevent operational bottlenecks.

Work Order Management:

Issue, monitor, and prioritize production work orders, shop floor schedules, and job routing to ensure on-time delivery.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate closely with supply chain, sales, procurement, warehouse, and quality assurance teams to manage lead times and adapt to order changes.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement:
