Job Description

Position Summary:
The Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting replenishment and material planning activities across multiple manufacturing facilities. This role ensures the timely and accurate flow of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods between suppliers, factories, warehouses, and customers. The Supply Chain/Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting the Director of Replenishment and the VP of Supply Chain in driving efficiency and service reliability throughout the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in ERP and replenishment systems (purchase orders, receipts, inventory transactions). Monitor inventory levels at plants and warehouses; coordinate replenishment orders to ensure supply continuity. Monitor sample order requests and act as our primary supply chain point for all sample orders requests Support production scheduling by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and packaging. Communicate daily with plant operations, procurement, and logistics teams regarding material requirements and potential shortages. Track and expedite purchase orders with suppliers; escalate delays or issues as needed. Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, supplier performance, and material usage trends. Support demand planning and forecasting activities by providing accurate, timely data. Collaborate with transportation providers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery of materials and finished goods. Assist the Director of Replenishment and VP of Supply Chain with continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, inventory management, and supplier communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 1+ years of experience in supply chain, replenishment, inventory coordination, or production planning (manufacturing/food industry preferred). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar). Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across functions and locations. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
