  • Full-time International Logistics Specialist Daldrop SBB LLC is seeking an organized, detail-oriented International Logistics Specialist to support the operations of Walkair US.
This role has primary responsibility for coordinating international shipments while partnering with internal teams to support domestic logistics activities as needed. Working closely with suppliers, freight providers, warehouse personnel, and operations, you'll help ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of materials throughout our business. This position is primarily office-based but will also provide occasional support to warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory activities as business needs require. What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary coordinator for international shipments, including ocean, air, rail, and ground transportation.
  • Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving transportation issues and delivery delays.
  • Partner with operations, warehouse personnel, suppliers, freight providers, and internal teams to support the efficient movement of materials.
  • Coordinate logistics activities between suppliers, manufacturing operations, warehouses, and customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freight carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Resolve freight claims, billing discrepancies, and transportation-related issues.
  • Analyze freight costs and recommend process improvements to improve service, reduce costs, and streamline logistics operations.
  • Support warehouse receiving, shipping, and inventory activities related to domestic and international logistics operations, as business needs require.
What We're Looking For Required 3-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain coordination, or international shipping. Experience with international freight coordination, import/export documentation, and customs compliance. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software systems. Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers. Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment. Experience with ERP and/or Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
