Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Powersports Mechanic C Tech and fuel your passion for motorsports by providing expert repair and maintenance services on a variety of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and other recreational equipment. In this energetic role, you will perform diagnostic assessments, mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and assembly work to ensure our customers' vehicles operate at peak performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service that keeps riders safe and satisfied. Duties Conduct basic diagnostics using specialized tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on powersports vehicles. Perform repairs and maintenance on engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and other mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and diagnostic software to complete repairs accurately. Assemble new vehicles and perform quality checks to ensure proper functioning before delivery or sale. Assist with vehicle inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of customer vehicles. Support the service team by handling heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently during repairs or parts installation. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures, offering maintenance advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Experience Previous dealership experience or hands-on service technician background working with powersports repair is highly preferred. Basic mechanical knowledge of engine systems, suspension components, brake systems, electrical diagnostics, and vehicle assembly. Familiarity with engine system repair, diagnostics tools usage, welding, soldering, and electrical troubleshooting. Familiarity with all-terrain vehicle (ATV) repair and motorcycle servicing is a plus. Ability to operate motorcycles or similar vehicles confidently for testing purposes is recommended. Knowledge of basic vehicle troubleshooting techniques combined with experience in heavy lifting and the use of power tools. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service; ability to clearly explain technical issues in simple terms. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
