This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers while staying closely involved with day-to-day warehouse and shipping operations.

Shift Night Shift:

6:00 PM-6:00

AM Rotating Schedule:

Work three days one week, four days the following week

Schedule:

Work approximately 15 days per month 12-hour shifts with more scheduled days off than a traditional workweek What You'll Do Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person regarding orders and shipments Process customer orders, receipts, and shipping documentation Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed correctly Expedite urgent orders and help resolve shipping delays Verify invoices and assist with billing-related questions Research and resolve inventory, shipment, and service issues Serve as a liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and administrative teams Maintain customer files, records, and account-specific procedures Prepare reports and complete general administrative duties as needed Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED At least one year of customer service, warehouse, logistics, shipping, or distribution experience Previous experience working with orders, shipments, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Excel Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work the full rotating 12-hour night schedule Why You'll Want This Opportunity Full-time, consistent hours Work approximately 15 days per month Rotating schedule provides more days off Stable, long-term opportunity Hands-on logistics and customer service experience Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced distribution environment Apply today for immediate consideration or call Anderson|Biro Staffing at (216) 232-2329 .
