Develop and maintain nursing schedules for RN's, LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned nursing personnel. Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on resident census, acuity, facility needs and established staffing requirements. Monitor daily staffing and identify open-shifts, call-offs, and potential staffing shortages.
