Email Print Job Description Administrative Operations & Logistics Specialist About the Role We're a growing manufacturing company looking for a dependable, organized team player to provide administrative and operational support. Responsibilities include general office administration, candidate sourcing, shipping and receiving, recordkeeping and inventory tracking. This hands-on role works closely with leadership and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs. Administrative Operations Support Answer phones and greet visitors. Track attendance points records and incentive program working with Plant Lead to support employees in achieving incentive goals . Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document management. Provide administrative support to leadership and team members. Maintain inventory records for office supplies, supply closet, Snack Shak, & apparel. Candidate Sourcing & Hiring Support Source candidates through online recruiting resources. Review resumes and shares qualified candidates with department leaders. Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
Maintain candidate hiring activity tracking
Prepare new hire paperwork and assist with onboarding
Follow up to ensure required new hire documents are completed and returned. Shipping & Logistics Manage shipping and receiving activities. Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, customs, and export documentation. Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries. Track shipments and resolve delivery issues. Verify incoming shipments and maintain shipping records. Monitor shipping supplies and packaging materials. What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheet creation, and data tracking. Experience with QuickBooks preferred (not required). Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and follow-up skills. Comfortable identifying process improvements and creating efficiencies. Experience in administrative, operations, logistics, in manufacturing environment preferred. Dependable, professional, and able to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
