$16 per hour A Day in the Life You clock in at our Fairfield, OH facility, greet a friendly crew, and get your assignments. The morning begins with unloading trailers, verifying counts, and inspecting products for quality. You stage items by zone, update inventory on a workstation, and move efficiently to the next task. By mid-shift, you're picking customer orders with precision, packing them securely, and preparing labels so everything leaves on time. You hop on a forklift or pallet jack, move pallets safely, and keep aisles clear. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates to hit targets while maintaining a clean, well-organized space. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and organize inbound materials with accuracy. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Track stock levels and support timely replenishment. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization to support a safe workplace. Work closely with peers to meet daily goals and deadlines. Pitch in with other warehouse tasks as needed. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Background in warehousing or logistics is a plus. Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Keen attention to detail and strong organizational habits. Basic computer skills for inventory updates. Comfort working independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work different shifts, including some weekends if required.
