Job Description
The Associate Production Planner is an individual contributor responsible for owning the end-to-end order management process for multiple brand channels. This includes article creation, upload and maintenance of purchase orders, issue resolution in conjunction with the offshore team, on-order reporting, and delivery tracking. Additionally, the individual contributor is responsible for tactical cross-functional communication and issue resolution with regional partners and on-order monitoring, tracking, and reporting. The role requires engagement with supervisors and, over time, different levels of leadership on production status, issue resolution, and liability/dispute management. The planner manages day-to-day tasks with some interaction from the supervisor but is expected to prioritize and organize autonomously after fully onboarding into the role. Responsibilities Initiate POs Manage PO amendment resolution Manage On Order Reporting Review, respond, and determine impact from weekly OSR. Audit monthly Maintain Delivery Tracking Track dye and cut dates Direct offshore COMs team to enter data into Mainframe and SAP Follow up on Planning requests to adjust on order Manage COMs/issue resolution related to on order and articles Complete value-added services Manage tactical problem-solving related to on order with CF peers Ability to filter what needs elevated for issue resolution or can be resolved at this level Review and interpret liabilities Ensure timely receipt of liability confirmation post order placement Manage liability reporting Communicate liabilities to the brand Commitment contract/Raw Material reconciliation Dispute case management Risk assessment of expiring liabilities Manage tactical systems work for cancellations of orders Document cancellations for monthly MPC meetings Ensure timely on order accuracy Manage and report out commitments without POs Support CGL creation and maintenance Adhere to order schedule and update necessary tracking documents for CF alignment Enter GNG dates in WIPS to facilitate discussion and attend weekly WIPS meetings Focus on order management related to speed orders, immediate issue resolution, and escalation Publish order schedules related to both flow and new fashion styles Maintain floorset reporting for late deliveries Facilitate cross-functional communication with Logistics, DC Ops, Deployment, Planning, Merchants, PD, Region, Vendors, Commercialization, Product Performance, and Textiles Qualifications Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience in a related role At least one internship experience in a corporate environment preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; proven Excel skills required Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills Strong work ethic Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Join us in Reynoldsburg, a vibrant community offering a blend of urban and suburban living.
