• Medical Transportation of Oklahoma (MTO) is currently hiring for the part time position of Transportation Specialist.

MTO is Oklahoma's only premium non-emergency medical transportation service. Our Transportation Specialists are held to a high standard of professionalism and customer service. The Transportation Specialist's primary job is to safely drive company-owned, wheelchair-accessible vans for the purpose of transporting patients to and from doctors' appointments and dialysis treatments.

An ideal candidate will possess:

• Enthusiasm, positivity, and exceptional communication skills
• A compassionate attitude towards serving the elderly
• The ability to push/pull mobility devices up to 350lbs ( most patients are wheelchair-bound ); and lift/move items up to 50lbs
• Efficient time management skills

Duties Include:

1. Completing daily vehicle inspections 2. Ensuring positive, safe experiences for patients and caregivers 3. Following all MTO Policies and Procedures 4. Contributing to our company culture and service-minded environment 5. Any other reasonable duties or tasks that may be assigned by a supervisor 6. Minimal vehicle maintenance experience/knowledge preferred

Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Driver's License in good standing
• Clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certifications (can be provided by MTO)
• Must have reliable source of transportation to/from work
• Must be able to pass a background check & drug screen (which does include Medical Marijuana)
